1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Quicks Limo's website, mobile application, or transportation services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Quicks Limo provides premium limousine and transportation services in New Jersey and surrounding areas, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate transportation, wedding services, and special event transportation.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Reservation Requirements

  • All reservations must be made through our website, phone, or authorized booking channels
  • You must provide accurate and complete information for all bookings
  • A valid form of payment is required to confirm reservations
  • Reservations are subject to vehicle availability

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or message from us. Please review all booking details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Rates

All rates are quoted in US dollars. Prices include the base fare for transportation services. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Tolls, parking fees, and airport fees
  • Wait time beyond the included grace period
  • Additional stops or route changes
  • After-hours or holiday service
  • Vehicle cleaning fees for excessive mess or damage

4.2 Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the quoted price unless otherwise specified. A 20% gratuity is customary for excellent service.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during booking. Payment is due at the time of service completion unless pre-payment arrangements have been made.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Standard Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 12 hours notice: Full charge applies
  • No-show: Full charge applies

5.2 Special Events

Wedding, prom, and special event bookings may have different cancellation policies. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

  • Be ready at the designated pickup time and location
  • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
  • Wear seatbelts as required by law
  • Not smoke, vape, or use illegal substances in the vehicle
  • Not bring open containers of alcohol (unless specifically permitted)
  • Not engage in illegal or disruptive behavior
  • Supervise any minors traveling with you
  • Report any vehicle damage or issues immediately

7. Wait Time Policy

7.1 Airport Pickups

For airport pickups, we provide a 60-minute grace period from the actual flight landing time (not scheduled time). After the grace period, wait time charges apply.

7.2 Non-Airport Pickups

For all other pickups, we provide a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time. After the grace period, wait time charges apply.

8. Liability and Damages

8.1 Our Liability

While we strive to provide safe and reliable service, our liability is limited to the cost of the transportation service. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Passenger Liability

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their trip. Cleaning fees will be charged for excessive mess, stains, or odors.

8.3 Lost Items

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, but cannot guarantee their recovery.

9. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and application, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Quicks Limo and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New Jersey.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
