Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Quicks Limo, we strive to provide reliable, premium transportation services. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all bookings made through our website, phone, or any authorized booking platform.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations Made 24+ Hours Before Pickup

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.

2.2 Cancellations Made 6–24 Hours Before Pickup

Cancellations made between 6 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The remaining 75% will be refunded to the original payment method.

2.3 Cancellations Made Less Than 6 Hours Before Pickup

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the original payment method.

2.4 No-Shows

If a passenger fails to appear at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time (or within 30 minutes for airport pickups), the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

3. Deposit Payments

Some bookings may require a deposit payment in advance, with the remaining balance due at or before the time of service.

  • If a booking with a deposit is cancelled, the cancellation fee (as outlined above) is calculated based on the total booking amount, not just the deposit.
  • If the cancellation fee exceeds the deposit already paid, the remaining fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
  • If the cancellation fee is less than the deposit, the difference will be refunded.

4. Promotional Discounts

If a promotional code or discount was applied to a booking, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid after the discount—not the original quoted price. Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be reinstated after a cancellation.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Cash payments will be refunded via check mailed to the address on file.

6. Service Disruptions & Exceptions

6.1 Service Failure by Quicks Limo

If Quicks Limo fails to provide the reserved vehicle at the confirmed time and location due to our error, the customer will receive a full refund regardless of the cancellation timeline.

6.2 Severe Weather & Extraordinary Circumstances

In the event of severe weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control that prevent safe transport, customers may reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund.

6.3 Flight Delays & Cancellations

For airport pickup services, Quicks Limo monitors flight statuses. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. If your flight is cancelled, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your booking without penalty.

7. Modifications to Bookings

Customers may modify their booking (including pickup time, destination, or vehicle type) at no additional charge if the modification is requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup. Modifications requested within 6 hours of pickup are subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on the changes requested.

9. Policy Updates

Quicks Limo reserves the right to update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the effective date of the updated policy. Existing confirmed bookings will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking.
